It is now time for your tutored tour to commence. You will then be taken by one of our passionate distillery tour guides on a unique walkthrough of gin distillery where you will learn about the history of the Hensol Castle Distillery and more about the historical figures that once lived in Hensol Castle and how they inspired the names of some of our gins. Next, is the bit you’ve all been waiting for, tasters of our delicious gins. You will return to our tasting bar where you will be guided through tastings of our gins.”

At Brewhouse and Kitchen they run a Gin Tasting Masterclass. “Join us for a fun-filled two hours discovering the wonderful world of Craft Gin! Under the guidance of our Gin Expert, you’ll learn the origins & history of gin, including an insight into the distilling process. You’ll get to taste 5 different (delicious!) gins, whilst you are guided through the tasting notes, botanicals and subtleties of gin.
